Alumni communities are a great way to maintain relationships long after an academic program has ended. Former classmates can share career experiences, useful opportunities, advice, and memories while continuing to support one another.

I think alumni groups become even more valuable when members actively contribute. A job lead, professional introduction, helpful resource, or simply reconnecting with an old classmate can create opportunities for everyone.

What would you most like to see in an active alumni community? Career networking, mentorship, job opportunities, social events, sharing experiences, or simply staying connected with former classmates? So for everyone that has arrived early days to the chat – we will need some patience as the group (ideally) grows and we can get a good bunch of folks looking to catchup, tour and exchange info whilst you're out there.

With that being said – we're also planning to schedule some BC Intro Touring days & AST LITE days on the calendar across Hakuba - Myoko - Nozawa - Yuzawa areas.

So if that sounds interesting, stay tuned and we'll put up some dates soon, and we welcome you to invite others - especially those who don't get time or can't afford a full training / tour – as these will be about ¥20,000 per day.

We trust everyone is watching the amount of snowfall presently and know what to do – it is the first SnowMaggedon we are getting this season and it does occur at least 1-2 times generally speaking.

So – what will you do today? Asides from some of us that choose to enjoy a hot cuppa in front of the fire > the rest of us will stay inbounds and away from steep terrain to enjoy the fluffy face-shots ALL-DAY-LONG :) Who wants to be breaking trail today anyway in waist deep powder ?!
